Skull Technology Refund and Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Our warranty covers products that fail to function properly or are damaged upon arrival within 90 days from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Void Conditions

  • The warranty is void if:
    • The product is used in dangerous conditions such as war, natural disasters, or other hazardous environments.
    • The product is damaged due to user misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

3. Claims Process

  • If your product arrives damaged or fails to function within 90 days:
    • Contact Skull Technology and provide proof of purchase.
    • Return the product at no cost to you for our investigation.
  • If we determine the fault lies with Skull Technology, a full refund (excluding tax and original shipping costs) will be issued to the card used for purchase.

4. Damage During Shipping

  • If the product is found to be damaged due to the delivery company, Skull Technology will file a claim against that company. You, the customer, may be eligible for compensation from the delivery company.
  • By purchasing, you agree that Skull Technology is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping.

5. Included Items

  • If an item listed as included is damaged, but not displayed during checkout, no refund can be claimed for that item.
